They are reliable and willing to advise from start to finish to create the end result that the client wants. At each stage of the build we were delighted that all timescales and cost estimates were met.
As we lived on site during the build the team worked round us and kept disruption to a minimum. We are delighted with the end result and are confident that if any snags appear which is unlikely, their ‘after care’ of the client will be as excellent

We are pleased to welcome a new General Manager to our team.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the excellent work you carried out, building our extension and renovating our 1930’s house into a stunning home. We have been delighted with the quality of the work and with the reliability of your team. You have done an excellent job, completing the build on budget and on schedule, despite the winter weather.
On site, your team worked extremely hard and their craftsmanship and professionalism were second to none. They arrived first thing every morning, worked hard all day and cleared up at the end. During site visits, it was noted how tidy things were left, even though, we were not living there at the time. We were impressed with the thoroughness of your teams work and their attention to detail. Your team did an excellent job!
It was reassuring that we received such positive feedback from our neighbours too who fed back that your team had been very considerate to their needs. Your team ensured my neighbours were kept happy throughout the build and were kept informed at each stage of the build.
Your quote was very competitive and accurate, ensuring there were no hidden charges when the work at each milestone had been carried out. The milestone payments were clearly identified and aligned to the quote, which enabled us to keep an excellent handle on our budget. No additional work was carried out without a formal quote being received. Rachel ensured we were kept fully in the loop with spend against our budget and were things were up to. This made managing our budget stress free.
We appreciated the help and advice that you gave us when choosing fixtures and fittings and the good advice you gave on a couple of decisions that we needed to make, ensuring we got the best possible end result. We felt as though you were treating our home with the attention and passion you would give if renovating your own property, which gave us full confidence in trusting you to give advice and source materials for flooring, doors and ‘made to measure’ bi folding doors etc.
